A few years ago we decided to identify corporate value together. We were inspired by the book written by Tony Hsieh “Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose”, which is read by all our new employees. When a potential candidate comes to our company, the main criterion is not only his or her professionalism or work experience, but also sharing our values. Work is to be enjoyable.
